Your role will involve calling the borrowers to verify and capture important personal information regarding their remortgage transaction. You will work as part of an Outbound Team to ensure high standards of service in all areas. Specific Tasks:

Check and validate the pre-populated data in the questionnaire, with the customer

Capture dates and times at which contact has been attempted or achieved

Where earlier validation of key customer data has identified a discrepancy or inconsistency additional questions may be required to confirm key data

Organise calls to incorporate borrowers requested call back times

Answer customer queries, these may vary in complexity

Prepare and maintain daily query report form

Prepare and maintain daily feedback form

Perform other tasks required by Management

Deliver on your promises

Undertake training as required

Take part in team meetings to share learning and improve processes

Coach and educate other members of team for effective listening once you are out of the probationary period and at Managers discretion

Undertake additional tasks that may be required by the business requirements Normal weekly hours will be from 5.30pm to 9:00pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 5:30pm to 8:30pm with one Saturday per month working 10:00am to 2:00pm
