Sales Manager - Hotel - Manchester, Greater Manchester
We are recruiting for a very prestigious hotel for an experienced Hotel Sales Manager based in the Manchester area working within the hotel there are additional features including a state-of-the-art health and fitness club including a full length pool, sauna and fitness studios, the facilities will also include the onsite cafe and beauty room which offers a variety of treatments for both men and women ranging from facials, manicures and pedicures to relaxing aromatherapy massages and detoxifying algae wraps. Our client prides its self on offering pristine facilities to its guests and members.
You will be proactively driving the sales revenue through the management of the conference sales team ensuring you are working to the set yearly forecast.
You will achieve budget by visiting prospective clients to discuss the facilities, maintaining the existing client base and building relationships, implementing strategies to drive the business forward, holding regular client events and attending local exhibitions, liaising with the conference sales team and holding meetings to discuss the figures, assisting with the training and recruitment of any new team members, negotiating future business, promoting the brand while increasing the market share and collating and delivering sales report to the General Manager
The successful candidate for this role must have worked in the hospitality industry and be used delivering high results.
