A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY has arisen to work for one of the most successful, expanding and profitable privately owned FREIGHT FORWARDING companies in the UK. The company was established 9 years ago and has grown to a turnover of 15 million and is part of a group with 4 associated companies.
You will be working in a busy and large freight forwarding team within the customs clearance team
The main purpose of this role is to process and administer all freight requiring all customs clearances, complying with all necessary controls, HMC formalities and procedures, using DESTIN8, CNS, ASM and COMPASS.
You will provide all operational staff with accurate information about specific shipments, liaising with customs, colleagues, agents and carriers to obtain this information.
To apply for this role you need to have a customs clearance background gained from the freight forwarding industry. With additional experience gained in CFSP, IPR and bonded entries.
