Daily Responsibilities
? Take inbound calls in a designated language
? Offering the customer the best possible level of service and commitment within the industry
? Make accurate reservations throughout the German Market
? To ensure that every customer is dealt with in a professional and courteous manner
? Promoting the company brand
? Data capture ? Email, Address, Telephone Numbers, on each call
? Meeting call targets set by operations manager
? Working using your own initiative
Salary / Benefits
?12,500 + On Target Earnings of ?35,000 (Realistic Earnings) Please see top earner information
